What I Learned: Physical Activity has such a huge impact on the function of the brain! So let’s use it. Sometimes it can be hard for teachers to find that extra time to do more physical activity or PE with their children. With GoNoodle, this is no longer an excuse! Using this resource ties in perfectly with the ‘Growth Mindset’ approach to learning that many schools have and are adopting currently. I see nothing but benefits emerging from using this resource and embedding it into your daily routines benefits not only the children, but YOU, the teacher too.
